Pure Fi Dream Error Message when docking IPOD

I get an error message (Error 0C or OC) when I dock my IPOD. I have not been able to find a list of error messages to determine what this means. When the message occurs, the systems shuts down completely and I have to completely reset it. Has anyone experienced this problem before or has anyone located a list of error messages?
