I havee tried to add my daughter to the VID calling, it keeps telling me it is an invalid address.If it has underscores,is that a problem

Underscores in an e-mail address would not be an issue.

You may have already done this but make sure that the format of the e-mail address is correct. Sometimes if there is a space before the e-mail address or the extension (e.g. .net .com .org etc) is not correct for the domain of the e-mail address (e.g. gmail, yahoo, verizon etc) it will appear as invaild.

If after doing so your issue persists;

What actions are you performing when you get this error message?

Some examples being;

1. Are you trying to add her as a "friend" after you have signed into your own Logitech Vid user account?

2. Are you attempting to create a Logitech Vid user account for her in the application?

3. Are you attempting to sign into an existing Logitech Vid user account with her e-mail address and associated password?
