Harmony Remotes - Programming

I've had my 890 remote for over a year now and always had issues with the tv portion.  At first after programing, when I powered on/off everything would work except the tv, it would only turn on or off about 50% of the time.  Now, everything still works but the tv no longer powers on/off at all.  I've been through the trouble shoot area online, downloaded to my extender and remote but still can not seem to get the tv to work.  The only time I've been successful is if I take out one of the extenders off of A,B,C,D on the back and switch them around then the tv will turn off.  On the other hand, the tv will not power down?  Weird.  Can you please help?  Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!  Other then that, I highly recommend a Logitech remote.

Try increasing the Inter-device delay for the TV.
