Still waiting to hear back about mine. They must have lost it, and I bought the Harmony 9000 too!

I am glad I saw this topic.
I will be purchasing a new keyboard in the next week or so. Will definitely avoid getting a Logitech if there is a rebate offered.
In fact, I won't purchase a Logitech at all. It seems wrong for me to give business to a company that won't honor it's commitments.

Wow, this scam has been going on forever, I recently purchased my Harmony one from Amazon and was persuaded to make the purchase by the $25,00 rebate offer, I sent everything, invoice copy, rebate form provided by Amazon and the UPC code(cut off the package) I subsequently was emailed and advised that the purchase was outside of the dates and today I received a card advising that I should re-mail my documents, HOW COULD I DO THAT SINCE I MAILED THE UPC WHIC WAS REMOVED FROM THE BOX.
Buyer beware with this outfit.![]()

Hmm...found this thread while trying to search for a solution to my problem.
I had purchased a Logitech MX 518 mouse with a $15.00 rebate from Amazon.com last month. I sent in the rebate just a week and a half ago. Today, I got the e-mail notifying of the rebate status.
I went to check, and it states an invalid status on the rebatetrack.com's page. For some odd reason, mine shows ""Logitech MX 518 Mouse Missing UPC," which is not true. I triple checked the envelope I sent in, and the UPC was in there. Perhaps the rebate associate did not look in my envelope enough or he/she got mixed it up with some other rebate. Due to this, my mouse box has its UPC label cut off as well.
Sadly, I did not save any copies of my rebate submissions as I had never had a problem with Logitech rebates before. So I am not sure if Logitech can do anything for me. Anyone currently have this issue or can tell me if I am able to do anything now? Thank you.

I hear ya. I had a different company say I did not have the UPC coade from box. I could not believe it as I was very careful, but I could make a mistake..... but I was suspicious. So when I applied for the rebate for my logitech webcam for a $20 rebate, I took a picture of the info I was including, then copied it all before I put it in the envelope. They said I did not have the proper box code and wanted me to provide another original. there wasn't one and they would not take my copy. I just said, "Whatever", because there was no way I could provide another as they would not take a copy. Good luck. Hope you are luckier than me an get the rebate.

Logitech rebate is a scam! I just checked my rebate status and it says UPC missing. How can that happen? I always staple UPC code on the rebate form. And they never emailed you when your rebate was denied. I bought a logitech notebook kit a week ago and I remembered that I haven't received my previous rebate when I purchased Logitech diNovo keyboard. It turns out that the rebate was denied although UPC code was definitely in the rebate envelop. This will be the last time I ever buy a Logitech product!

Ok, what the hell is going on here? Logitech's rebate center says my rebate is invalid because of "missing order date." My Amazon.com order receipt which I printed directly from the original page has the order date down along with the product. Both are circled. $25, Logitech. Do you guys really have to scam your customers just to turn a profit? If I don't get my rebate check, I'm going to warn all my friends and family not to buy from this company. No company should go rewarded for dishonesty.
