Today I received my ID Grip, and not sure what to think about it. Grip it self is fine.

But the printing got screwed up, the image I uploaded had a black background, and the grip I got has purple tint background.

Will ask for re-do probably.

Called support today, they only option they gave me to return it, and place another order.

BUT, they can't guarantee that it will will be printed correctly this time around. According to logitech: "it will probably come out purple again"

thats great, buy a decent printer and there won't be an issue.

So you were able to upload a picture on their website?  I tried uploading a pic but it just hangs there.
