I have a Logitech QuickCam Express 8.4.1 webcam that I hve not even taken out of the box yet. Soon I will be getting a computer with a VISTA OS. Will this webcam work with VISTA?

ioTags - Lotus Notes and ToDo

Hi All. Have just bought the SU-27W. I've been looking at the ioTags but don't seem to have the option to send ToDo and Calendar entries to Lotus Notes 6.5. There is an option to send to notes email. Is this a limitation of the software, or I've not configured something? Is it supposed to be able to create ToDo and Calendar entries in Lotus Notes - for outlook it does. Many thanks.

When you are installing onto vista. Make certain to set the compatibility mode to windows XP on the INSTALLATION FILE. Not after you have installed it.

I was able to load it successfully on the first try using this method.

Logitech ignores their support system

I have the same problem. I was directed to go to anoto. Nothing there that even hints at being able to download. I'm simply trying to use a notebook I bought from logitech a few years ago. When I stick the pen in the cradle it says it needs to get a form downloaded. I've done this in the past. Now it fails to connect to the service or server that would have that function.

"GPLS Pen is not recognized" error when downloading paper definitions.

I have an orginal pen and when I dock it and start the paper download I always get "Logitech io2 Software does not recognize the paper you are using. Would you like to download a definition file for this paper?" to which I click Yes.

Normally the pages download with no problems but suddenly within the past couple of days, instead of downloading I get "Unable to download the paper definition. Please try again later." error and when I click the "Details" button it says "GPLS Pen is not recognized".

I have "repaired" the installtion. I have also removed and re-installed to a new directory with no luck; same error. Could this be related to the recent transition of the digital pen to Destiny? Is anyone else having this problem?

Convert pen to pgc files

Printing digital paper solutions? XPaper

Aside from buying notebooks or a commercial pen with a developer kit, what are my options? Obviously the printing technology is proprietary so Logitech can make money selling/licensing notepaper. There's always the concern you're at work and run out of paper or travelling etc.

So are there any options? I noticed XPaper (link below) does anyone have experience with this. I only glanced at the site but it looks like the idea is to print your document, mark it up with the digital pen and then upload the pen data and XPath will merge and create a PDF. Seems like a pricey solution if all I'm interested in is being able to print my own paper once in a while. Any other solutions out there?

Logitech io2 with bluetooth missing OBEX?

I have just bought adigital pen Logitech io2 with bluetooth. The Logitech io2 software version 4.1.852.1 and pen driver version 3.1.593.1

The connection with pen works fine using the docking station. I am, however, unable to get the bluetooth to work. I see the pen from mycomputer and have paired it. It finds however no suitable service on the pen. I found on the internet a document stating that I need "ANOTO OBEX". I am unable to find this anyware. Any help?

Original IO pen. i purchased an io pen on ebay. Unbeknownst to me the IO pen is not compatable with microsoft vista. Having called tech support I found out that they wont have drivers for this anytime soon. Has anyone been able to manipulate the system to get this to work? If so can you put detailed information on this forum for me to try this for myself. Thank you

Password Protection

I have a sneaky feeling that I cannot password protect my downloaded files from my io2. I found the menu for protecting the pen, but nothing for protecting the downloaded data files. Have I missed something?

C++ Runtime error

I have been trying to install the IO2 software, but keep running in to a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. I've tried installing from the CD and from the download. I've tried a clean boot. Still no resolution. Customer support says that they have never heard of the problem and to call Microsoft.

Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

I've installed a digital pen in my computer but the windows vista doesn't recognized it. How can I uninstall the software and the hardfware because it blocked the microsoft outlook application?
