Airline ban on wireless mouse?

I have just landed in DC with a Delta flight. Despite I have been using a Logitech wireless mouse connected to my laptop for years, tonight a flight attendant told me use of a wireless mouse is forbidden by FAA regulation and made me stop using it. As this was happening in a WI-FI enabled jet (not exactly a wireless-free environment) I feel the whole thing was totally ludicrous.

If anybody at Logitech is reading this, could you please let me know if this is indeed true? If it is, it sounds like a bummer for your business....... not having a cable on a relatively small space like an airplane seat is exactly the reason why I bought one!

Logitech Headset broke

I have a headset which i purchased March 13th 2010 that is now broken, how do I get it replaced? Anyone know how to go about doin this? The cord has came off of the headset, its a behind the head, headset mic. I still have the receipt for it as well. I need a phone number that ISNT long distance to call as I can't make toll calls of any kind. I have used logitech for the last several years, everything on my pc as far as webcams, mics, speakers and alot of other stuff over the years with no porblem untill now. I would like to see if logitech will replace this headset as I have only had it four months and I know MOST logitech products have at LEAST a one year warranty on them. I had one other headset like htis that I had for over three years and still worked perfectly when I gave it to my mom and bought this one.

Rebate ripoff - Now what?

Back in March I sent in my documentation, as asked for in the rebate form, for a $15 rebate on a MX518 mouse. Soon afterwards I got a postcard saying it was rejected for: "Missing UPC". The postcard told me how to resubmit, which I did by sending it, a letter and copies of everything I sent in initially for the rebate. The documents I resubmitted were my copies of everything, including the alleged "missing UPC".

Upon checking at logitech-rebates.com I find this resubmission was rejected again because: Copies of the UPC are not accepted.

Since I sent the ORIGINAL upc in with my original paperwork it's fairly obvious I had to send my copies of all documents for the resubmission.

Frankly, I have loads of Logitech products that I think are great but I also have a bad attitude because of this rebate ripoff. I realize companies farm out the rebate stuff generally but **bleep**, I did exactly what I was supposed to to get this rebate, including following the explicit instructions on the rebate to a "T".

It reeks of bad business to fool people into these rebate scams and I would like to get some satisfaction out of this. Who am I supposed to discuss this with?

Where can i get Logitech Z-4 & X-230 Speakers in Singapore?

I looked up to some stores here like Challenger, Cyberactive and i can't find any of these but those usb speakers and 5.1 speakers from logitech, i can only find z523 for a 2.1 speakers. I have no interest in getting a 5.1 speakers..

I found Z-4 and X-230 on a sim lim square pricelist from vr-zone, but told not to go there for stuff like these as it might involve in scams and stuff..

I have perused your Website extensively, from that search i I only came up with a Clear Chat Pro USB 'Quick Start-Up Guide' but no User manual to be found. Does it even exist?

Cause that the Guide is somewhat useful. But has no information about one feature that i recently discovered the headset is capable of, that is its ability to record voice and musical sounds. I have no idea as to how to set anything.
